All software available to download from this page is for RISC OS only. It will not work on Windows, Mac OS, Linux or any other inferior operating system. I have no plans to convert any of my software to other systems, so please don't ask. If you want the best computer platform around, then buy an ARM based, RISC OS powered computer.

Future development of RISC OS Software

I have a number of RISC OS software projects on the go at the moment, but due to limited time to devote to programming, priorities are set by; a) which applications I wish to use myself and b) which applications receive the most feedback and comments from users.

If you find some of my software useful or have any comments or suggestions to make, please feel free to contact me, otherwise I won't know that anyone uses it - in which case I'll be less inclined to put it higher up on my 'to do' list.

If you're interested in beta-testing any future products or applications in development, then you should read my instructions for potential beta-testers.

Compatibility with different versions of RISC OS

I'm in the process of converting all my shareware titles to 32-bit and RISC OS 5 compatibility.
Please note that 32-bit compatible software will still work on existing machines. I've simply recompiled it to work on 32-bit only machines. Existing machines are 26/32 bit.
I'd like to clarify this point because some people have been concerned that new versions will only work on new machines and will fail to work on existing machines. This is not true and all my software will continue to work on all machines.

All my programming and development is done on an Iyonix computer (the best/fastest RISC OS machine in my opinion), so all my software works correctly on RISC OS 5.13
I have occasional access to an A9 so I'm currently testing all my software on that - although it should work anyway.

All software is also tested on a StrongARM Risc PC running RISC OS 4.03 and RISC OS 6.06. I don't have RISC OS 6.10 or newer, so I'm unable to test for compatibility with that - or any newer versions of Select/Adjust. This situation will probably remain unchanged until RISCOS Ltd develop Select for the Iyonix.

I do not support nor approve of Virtual Acorn or other inferior RISC OS emulators. You may find that most of my software works on that - but you're on your own!

32-bit ABCLib

Some of my software requires the ABCLib module. A 32-bit version (v4.15) of ABCLibrary is available here.
